Perched above a sacred hot spring adjacent to Bali Barat National Park and the famous diving site of menjangan island, the resort is uniquely set to shore on a secluded bay of Banyuwedang. High-ceiling marble rooms, thatched-roof villas, pools, thermal spring, a floating restaurant, spa and yoga, dive center are linked through limestone pathways winding beneath tropical trees with stunning nature backdrop. It is a passion of an eco-retreat to explore the park, above and below water.
Very nice accommodation. We had the family suite which is really nice. The personnel was kind and loved to help out. The pool an hot springs were a good treat and snorkeling was great fun. I recommend to use the restaurant with a very good menu and lovely food.
This place made me feel relaxed and happy – an intimate, relaxing hide-away.
All staffs were very friendly and the snorkling in Menjangsan island was so good. I highly recommend this resort and we will visit here again in the future. But Mimpi doesn’t have good beach and there is no restaurants near by. So, be ready to dine at their restaurant all the time (which is not so bad and reasonable price!)
Very friendly staff (as you will find all over Bali). The room was lovely, clean and spacious, we really liked the outdoor bathroom.
Beautiful view from the restaurant which served Indonesian and western foods as a reasonable price.
Nice pool also overlooking the sea, although the hot springs were a bit too hot!
There’s a shop outside the front entrance of the hotel who can arrange anything you want – transport, laundry, snorkelling, massage etc. for a price much cheaper than the hotel quote
Stayed July 2016, traveled as a couple
This is the best place I have ever stayed. The rooms were gorgeous. The grounds were even more gorgeous with their amazing natural pools. Best of all was the scuba diving with our wonderful instructor, Meg. It is off the beaten track but that is not a problem because you can hire someone from the hotel to drive you. Can’t recommend this place enough.
