Establish a program called “Anak Asuh”. This program is aimed at providing educational assistance through scholarship scheme to 30 village children of poverty. Selection is made involving community leaders not only on the basis of learning performance but more importantly on their family background. Priority is given to children who come from poor families. Once a year children with their parents are invited to the resort for a hospitality gathering with the resort owner and management to collect feedback for its further development. This program has run since 1999 and has been well received by community villagers. |

Promote and support local participation in the manpower. Nearly 75% of Mimpi team consists of locals from the surrounding villages who were not ready man power at first hand. Through continuous training and development, they now prove to become competent people to support the growth of our business both in resort and diving. Some of them have become qualified dive masters who guide our guests and at the same time protect their home-living environment. |
